I like the device. There are some things that annoy me. Sometimes i tap forever to look at the watch. To get to the alarm, that I love, i have to swipe right 3 times. Sometimes i get stuck on the ECG monitor screen and cannot get out. I’m not using half the features but there are many available on the app. I use Noom for diet and exercise planning. This really could replace most of the Noom features I use, without the subscription cost.. The ECG monitor may have found an anomaly and I am setting up an appointment to get it checked. If it turns out to be correct, who knows how valuable it has been.

I love the wrist band and the size of the face and the ease of use. The entire process of set up including charging took under 45 minutes

Really like the watch and design. Only had it 2 weeks but really enjoy it. Comfortable to wear at night to track sleep. Had to get used to that for this feature. Like the biometrics and app features with the premium membership. It comes with premium membership for 6 months. Tracks sleep. Heart rate variability. Recovery. Distance. Its own algorithm for effort and recovery. And more.. Same price for a gshock watch back in the day but does way more.

I recently purchased a new band because the silicone ones cause my wrist to break out with a rash when I run and workout. It tracks everything, reminds you to move hourly and I like the overall look of it also.

Still getting 5 stars BUT a few cons in the operation of the device and the app. It’s an incredible product. CONS On the device you can’t disable some menu options and get them out of the way even though you don’t use them, like payments for example. On the app sometimes it just doesn’t connect- like changing device settings such as the watch face- not sure if just my phone or device. PROS I got the Charge 5 specifically because it doesn’t have all the smart watch features like text notifications for example. But still has a beautiful color screen and the ability to see in real time your heart rate, steps, calories burned, and zone minutes which I don’t understand. To review your sleep you must sync to your phone then you can see an overview from the device screen or in detail from the app. The app is very powerful- tons of ways to make sense of all the data points it collects I believe the sleep tracking is excellent. This was the main feature I wanted. The watch is easy to take on and off. It’s hard to interact with the display of your hands are wet. I have it on constantly and usually charge it every 5 days. It charges very quickly- like an hour or so. The heart rate tracking is very accurate There is a stress level test where you it measures electrical activity in your skin- I believe this test is useless because you have to squeeze the sides of the devise for 1-3 minutes or so- which is just not as accessible to do in the middle of the day or something. The alarm feature is great- it just silently vibrates your wrist For that reason alone I love it because I can get up and out of the house early without waking my family with a loud alarm. Random stuff You can buy third party wrist straps. Sometimes the device freezes and you have to plug it into the charger and use the reset button

Great device. I used a Fitbit for years, then thought I needed all my devices to link and bought an Apple Watch. After 1.5 years of trying to make the Apple work how I needed it to I gave up; I went back to Fitbit. The Fitbit is not as heavy as the Apple Watch and It not clunky looking. Its easier to move quickly through screens to find the data I want. I find the Fitbit screen easier to see data than the Apple Watch. And, a huge plus, my Fitbit holds its charge at least 4 days longer than my Apple did which means I can wear it to bed for the sleep analytics. The Fitbit is consistently reliable. I’m so happy with Fitbit I’ve purchased more as gifts.
